Does DC Power Systems sell directly to the consumer?
No. DC Power Systems is a wholesale distributor and only sells to dealers, contractor and solar installers.
I want to put solar on my house or business, how do I find a dealer/installer near me?
Call 800-967-6917 and we'll refer you to one of our dealer installers in your area.
I'm not currently a DC Power Systems dealer/installer, but I want to be one. How do I sign up?
Fill out the online dealer application form available here. Someone will be in touch with you within five (5) business days after you submit the form.

Will DC Power Systems drop ship to my job site?
Of course.
Will DC Power Systems arrange a drop ship from your supplier to my job site if you are out of stock?
Sometimes, depending upon the supplier. It's best if you just ask when the need arises.
I'm on the East Coast. Can I save money in shipping by having some materials drop ship directly from the manufacturer?
Drop shipping from the manufacturer depends upon the manufacturer and is typically limited in scope. Be aware that, depending on the manufacturer, a drop-ship fee may be applied. It's best to discuss this option with our sales staff. DC Power Systems now has warehouses in the following locations: CA: Rohnert Park, Sacramento, Corona, NJ: Cranbury, and Ontario, Canada.
How do I sign up for product training?
Go to the training page, and click on the link of the upcoming training session in which you are interested. You will be taken to our training registration system and on the page is a description of the class and a "Register Now" button. Follow the steps presented by the registration system. If you're interested in product training that is not currently scheduled, keep checking our training webpage as the class schedule is constantly updated.
What if I want products not listed on your website?
Call our sales department. We may be able to get it for you, or we'll have an equivalent product to offer you.
Can I get credit terms?
To request a line of credit from DC Power, fill out our credit application and submit. Many of our dealers have terms, depending upon credit worthiness.

Will DC Power Systems provide tech support for my project?
DC Power Systems offers a comprehensive selection of design, engineering, and drawing services. Our technical staff has a combined experience of over 70 years in PV and Wind, including NABCEP certified and PE staff. For a nominal fee, we will produce a system design for you based on your site information and other system requirements. In addition, we offer a range of drawing services for permitting, installation, and commissioning needs. Custom services are also offered, such as energy production analysis, 3D rendering, and shade analysis.
How do you handle warranty and product service issues?
If a product we sold to you fails to work as specified, first call our tech support staff to help trouble-shoot the problem. In many cases, the problem can be resolved in this manner. If tech supports determines that the product is defective, they will provide instructions to return the product to DC Power Systems. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not ship the item back to DC Power Systems without return authorization. You can also use our RMA Claim Form (for customers only).
